The picture above will give you an idea of the "why". Dave and I were snorkeling on the reef in Okinawa, and I thought "Wouldn't it be great to be able to stay down here longer?". Well, SCUBA was the answer. It's amazing the feeling you get when you're under the water, breathing, and taking in all the plant and animal life.
